For open classical tournaments, the following coefficients will be applied to calculate the points distributed for each place, depending on the number of rounds:

All the qualifiers to the final tournament get a number of ACP points which equals 10% of 1st place

WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH

The winner gets 500 ACP points.

In case of a draw, each player gets 250 ACP points. If a tie-break is played, the winner gets additionally 100 ACP points.

ODDS & ENDS

  1. In case of ties for places granting ACP points, these points shall be divided equally between the players.
  2. When rounding up numbers is necessary, it is always done at the closest superior round figure.
